Job summary

TheDriveGroup is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the future of our cutting-edge .NET applications from Sydney. You will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

This long-term rolling contract offers flexible/hybrid work, with the option for remote work and an on-site presence in the Sydney CBD when needed. You’ll shape architecture, advocate best practices, and lead from the front.

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineer with strong .NET Core expertise.
• Experience with Microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, GCP and AWS.
• Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction of flagship applications.
• Mentor large teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on coding and delivering high-quality software.
