Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst for AI Training to review and validate security policies, controls, and risk assessments supporting AI data and model evaluation.

You'll work remotely on an hourly contract, committing 10–40 hours per week. The role suits professionals with 2+ years in GRC and familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST to shape how AI systems reason about governance and risk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Solid working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on an asynchronous schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation.
• Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
• Apply your real-world GRC knowledge to identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about risk.
