Job summary

Pop Family is expanding its Occupational Therapy service and seeking a Generalist OT to join our telehealth team. You’ll work with children and adults across emotional regulation, sensory processing and feeding therapy, delivering care privately and to NDIS clients.

You’ll be supported by a Senior OT with 20+ years’ clinical experience and six years in telehealth. The role offers structured onboarding, ongoing supervision, and a remote, country‑wide practice with excellent admin support.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT with Australian standing and current registration eligibility.
• Experience in private practice or a clear pathway towards it is preferred.
• Interest in telehealth and remote service delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private and NDIs clients via telehealth across children and adults.
• Support emotional regulation, sensory processing and feeding therapy in generalist OT areas.
• Develop skills in NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments with supervision.
• Collaborate with the OT team to deliver holistic, client‑centred care.
