Job summary

Pop Family is launching its first Generalist Occupational Therapy service and seeks an enthusiastic OT to join as an inaugural clinician. You’ll deliver telehealth services to children and adults, manage a varied caseload, and work under close supervision from an experienced Senior OT with two decades of clinical practice.

You'll contribute to emotional regulation, sensory processing and feeding therapy, while learning Pop’s systems and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised occupational therapy qualification.
• Current general registration with the OT Board of Australia (AHPRA), or be eligible for registration.
• Meet ongoing CPD requirements, professional indemnity insurance, criminal history check, English language skills and recency of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth OT services to children and adults.
• Manage a varied caseload across emotional regulation, sensory processing and feeding therapy.
• Grow exposure to NDIS assessments and telehealth workflows under supervision.
• Collaborate with Pop’s clinical leadership and the broader team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
