Job summary

ORS Group is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support team in Australia, offering a role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner across the lifespan for NDIS participants and private clients. The role involves collaborating with a client’s broader support system to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Registered Positive Behaviour Support practitioner required or strong foundational skills in mental health, behaviour and disability.
• Tertiary qualifications in allied health, human science or education field such as psychology, behaviour analysis, social work, teaching/early childhood care, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients within their system of supports to achieve goals.
• Observe, assess behaviours of concern and create behaviour support plans.
• Implement, monitor and review plans with supervision and multidisciplinary input.
