Binance is a global blockchain ecosystem aiming to increase financial access. The role leads backend trading systems product direction, working with engineering to turn complex trading needs into scalable solutions.

You will guide the full lifecycle from planning to release while ensuring performance and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates bring a quantitative/technical background and an understanding of derivatives, with Mandarin proficiency preferred for global coordination.

Formación

• Product experience is not a must but preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.

Responsabilidades

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including Futures, Margin, Options, etc.
• Work with trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
