Alignerr Corp. in Australia is seeking an experienced Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training) to help shape how AI understands startups, business planning, and early-stage decision-making.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible scheduling for 10–40 hours per week, with work completed on your own timetable. You’ll review AI-generated startup scenarios and plans, evaluate business models and go-to-market strategies, and provide concise, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or innovation.
• Strong command of business model frameworks and early-stage startup decision-making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans and identify weaknesses.
• Comfortable delivering applied, real-world feedback in a structured format.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated startup scenarios, business plans, and content for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Evaluate business models, financial assumptions, and go-to-market strategies for soundness.
• Identify unrealistic projections, flawed reasoning, or oversimplified advice.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI systems deliver better entrepreneurship guidance.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
