Job summary
Anypear is seeking a versatile Engineer Draftsperson to translate early design concepts into precise technical drawings and detailed documentation for our Australian client’s Non Process Infrastructure. This fully remote role focuses on blueprints ready for manufacturing and construction, with a strong emphasis on admin and documentation tasks.
Requirements include a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field, 2+ years drafting experience, advanced AutoCAD/Revit, Navisworks, and
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in drafting or engineering, preferably in mining/heavy industry.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit, with Navisworks proficiency.
- Excellent technical writing for tender docs and engineering reports.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and finalise high-quality engineering documents and manuals.
- Use CAD software to produce accurate, construction-ready drawings.
- Develop PFDs and P&IDs for NPI utility systems (water, fuel, air, lubrication).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to translate concepts into detailed blueprints.
- Maintain records in the document control system and keep Word/Excel formatting.
- Track project changes and ensure design continuity across phases.
