Qualifications

• Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Endocrinology or equivalent.
• Specialist registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain it.
• Ability to bill through Medicare.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with GPs, nurses and other clinicians.
• Comfort using technology to deliver remote clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver endocrine telehealth consultations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with residents' GPs and aged care teams.
• Provide clear, practical endocrinology recommendations for inclusion in resident care plans.
• Ensure documentation supports ongoing coordinated care and Medicare billing.
