Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, project management or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management frameworks.
- Experience building scalable customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and enable customers to use UpGuard effectively.
- Provide resources including success plans and training.
- Engage customers early to drive ongoing adoption.
- Translate requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions.
- Monitor customer health and educate to achieve value.
- Advocate for customer and share insights with Product/Sales/Marketing.
