You will apply rigorous, reproducible judgment and iterate with senior reviewers to improve AI model performance in accounting tasks.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, CPA preferred, and deep US GAAP expertise, including month-end close and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Background in audit, assurance, or advisory at leading firms or senior corporate roles.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Deep fluency in US GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement prep, and audit-ready workpapers.
• Exceptionally strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design precise grading criteria for accounting deliverables such as reconciliations and close packages.
• Score AI-generated and human samples with detailed written justifications.
