Job summary

Hader Institute of Education is seeking experienced Online Trainers/Assessors specialising in Counselling to design, deliver, and assess vocational training online. You will prepare learners for counselling qualifications, combining expert knowledge with engaging online delivery.

Responsibilities include developing content, running online sessions, assessing competencies, and providing feedback while maintaining detailed learner records.

Qualifications

Diploma of Counselling (CHC51015) or higher and ACA registration required.
Minimum 2 years' counselling experience and TAE credentials or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing counselling skills.

Responsibilities

Designing, delivering, and assessing counselling training programmes online.
Provide constructive feedback and support learner progression.
Maintain records of learner performance, attendance and outcomes.
Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistent delivery and assessment.
