Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients.

• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus). Training may be provided.
• Ensure policy and provider compliance.
• Provide courteous phone support and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service.
