Amex GBT is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join our 100% remote, full-time team in Australia. You’ll advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, domestically and internationally, leveraging your GDS expertise with Sabre and Amadeus.

You’ll analyze options, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service around the clock. The role supports travelers in Western Australia and across Australia, with flexible benefits and opportunities for career

Qualifications

Experience in corporate travel and client service environments.
Solid understanding of corporate travel policies and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
Conduct analysis of options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
Use GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo) with guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.
