Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd based in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects, from planning through demobilisation. You will own delivery, balancing head office duties with on-site leadership, and travel monthly to sites.

You’ll need a White Card and full Australian work rights. A degree in Construction Management, PM, or Engineering plus PM certification and 5+ years in remote projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Construction Management, PM, or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years PM experience in remote/regional projects.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV) preferred.
• Familiarity with IMS and ISO standards.
• Broad experience: estimating, tendering, FIFO, logistics and quality.
• Pre-employment medical and Police Check mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create and present project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet the program.
• Oversee the full logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
• Onboard staff, conduct performance reviews and support succession planning.
