Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects. You will own projects from planning through demobilisation, balancing head office duties with on-site leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, a degree in construction/engineering or equivalent, and relevant PM certifications. Expect travel to remote sites and a dynamic, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, esp. remote/regional delivery.
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV).
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO Standards.
• Broad experience across estimating, tender participation, FIFO mentoring, logistics, technical and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet the program.
• Oversee mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
• Contribute to onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
