Good to Great Schools Australia (GGSA) is seeking a Cloud Administrator Solution Architect to design and run our cloud platform, enabling scalable, cost-aware delivery of digital products for schools. You’ll partner with engineers across Full Stack, MLOps, Data & AI, and Security to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
• 2+ years in an architecture role.
• Strong hands-on skills in Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Experience running Prometheus and Grafana in production.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• A tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a small but growing organisation.

Aufgaben

• Design the end-to-end solution architecture, define non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, disaster recovery) and record Architecture Decision Records.
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters and Docker deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions across dev, staging and production.
• Own the release and versioning strategy, lead go-live cutovers and define rollback plans.
• Run observability with Prometheus and Grafana and maintain incident response runbooks.
• Track and forecast cloud spend using Azure Cost Management and maintain the platform cost model.
