Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager for an AI training focused role. You will oversee operational execution of clinical trials, shaping the AI models that underpin future medical research.

This fully remote hourly contract requires expertise in timelines, budgets, and vendor management across multi-site studies. You will collaborate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage costs, and mitigate risks.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track. Bring your expertise in timelines, budgets, and vendor management — and apply it at the intersection of clinical research and cutting-edge AI.

• Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Skilled at managing CROs, external vendors, and cross-functional research partners
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and keeping complex, multi-site studies running smoothly
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate independently without close supervision
• Clear and structured communicator who can keep diverse stakeholders informed and aligned

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background spanning both early-phase and late-phase clinical trials
