We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI models built for the life sciences.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies running smoothly. If you've managed budgets, wrangled vendors, and kept timelines on track across multi-site trials, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and on budget
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of study operations
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the healthcare and life sciences domain

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial professional with a strong background in study project management
• Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and operational deliverables across complex studies
• Skilled at coordinating vendors, CROs, and external research partners
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and navigating the unpredictability of live clinical research
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently without close supervision
• Clear and concise communicator — written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how AI is being applied in clinical and healthcare settings
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Experience working across distributed or global study teams
