Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification and full working rights in Australia.
• 6+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice.
• Experience reviewing work by junior staff (1+ years).
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Experience with XPM and Xero and various add-ons.
• Proven longevity and stable employment history.
• Excellent home internet and dedicated home office setup.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high quality client portfolio providing compliance and advisory services.
• Manage a talented offshore team and review their work (70%).
• Work on more complex tax compliance matters (30%).
