Roc Consulting Accounting is seeking a Client Manager in a boutique firm near Hurstville. The role focuses on managing a client portfolio, delivering expert advisory and compliance services, and supervising staff.

The firm has 30+ years of operation and offers flexible work arrangements. The successful candidate will be a Registered Tax Agent (CA/CPA) with 8+ years in Australian Public Practice, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Tax Agent with license to sign off tax returns.
• CA/CPA qualified with Australian practice experience.
• 8+ years in Australian Public Practice.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and review work.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fee base of circa $1m.
• Client relationship management.
• Provide expert advisory and compliance services.
• Supervise junior staff (off shore and on shore).
• Sign off on tax returns (license required).
