Job summary

Bellwether Group is seeking Civil Engineers and Project Managers (RPEQ desirable) to support local councils across SEQ in planning and delivering water infrastructure, roads, bridges, and DTMR projects. Contracts run 6–12 months with possible extensions.

Flexible or remote work arrangements are available, including easy DIDO from Brisbane. Ideal candidates will have hands-on civil project delivery experience and the ability to supervise technical staff, manage schedules, and develop robust

• Requires local work experience in Australia.
• RPEQ is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision to support local councils with civil infrastructure programs.
• Manage schedules with technical staff and coordinators by implementing planning, systems, and processes.
• Demonstrate understanding of local council / TMR projects.
• Develop and maintain budget reporting for projects and programs.
