Job summary

Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Threat Assessment Manager to lead threat assessment programs for client staff and operations in a remote role open to Australia-based professionals.

You will conduct behavioral threat assessments, manage cases, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to support timely incident response and risk mitigation while maintaining a strong focus on client culture and business interests.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of threat analysis experience, ideally behavioral threat assessment and threat management.
• Experience supporting a comprehensive threat management program with investigations and case management.
• Extensive open-source research and online investigative techniques.
• Current member or ability to join professional threat assessment organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional threat research.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage threats to executives and staff as directed by the client.
• Produce actionable threat analyses for cross-functional groups and security operations.
• Conduct OSS investigations using public and government sources and online data.
• Manage relationships with local law enforcement and other partners.
• Coordinate threat intake, response, and case resolution with customer service and operations.
• Maintain global situational awareness and impact analyses.
• Lead Threat Management Team meetings to coordinate responses.
• Assist in program development with workflow and methodology research.
