At Atlassian, we’re looking for talented Developers to join our Sydney engineering teams. You’ll contribute across a Java-dominated stack, with opportunities to explore Kotlin, Python and Ruby while maintaining a strong focus on learning and growth.

As a mid-career developer, you’ll drive projects from design to launch, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. You’ll mentor more junior members and adapt to a flexible work model Atlassian supports.

Formación

• Experience with a prominent language such as Java, Python, C#, C/C++, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of data structures and how to apply them to solve problems.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
• Willingness to learn new languages and technologies as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive projects independently from technical design to launch.
• Apply architectural standards on new projects.
• Contribute to code reviews and documentation and fix complex bugs.
• Begin writing useful technical documentation and learn Java.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
