Concentrix is seeking experienced Auslan Interpreters to join the National Relay Service (NRS) Video Relay Service team. This remote role supports Deaf and hard of hearing communities across Australia, delivering accurate interpreting and facilitating meaningful communication from your home workspace.

Qualifications include NAATI provisional or certified accreditation, strong experience, and a commitment to ethics.

Qualifications

• NAATI accreditation as Provisional or Certified Interpreter.
• Strong experience interpreting within the Deaf community.
• Commitment to Interpreter Code of Ethics and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and professionalism.
