Aufgaben

• Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions at patients' homes including wound care and IV therapy.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to acute or chronic issues.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings and assist with personal hygiene.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising physician.
