Job summary

Ambition Group Limited is seeking an experienced Applications Specialist in Sydney. The role blends technology with business processes, working with senior stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical, tech-enabled solutions.

You’ll own client-facing applications and portals, drive automation initiatives, and develop integrations across systems using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and SQL. A strong communicator with stakeholder management will thrive.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Applications Specialist or integration roles.
Experience with Power Automate and Logic Apps.
Strong SQL and database experience.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Scripting to support automation and custom solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance client-facing applications and portals.
Identify opportunities for business process automation and lead end-to-end implementations.
Build and manage integrations and APIs between internal and external systems.
Use Power Automate and Logic Apps to streamline workflows and connect systems
Bridge legacy and modern systems where needed.
Write and maintain scripts to support automation and integration work.
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Work with databases and write SQL to support reporting, integration, and application needs.
Support and improve GUI-based tools and interfaces used by the business.
