Qualifications

• Relevant licences and training to operate heavy equipment is required.
• Experience supervising a small team, preferably in remote environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team and coordinate day-to-day tasks at Wilkins Aerodrome.
• Operate a range of heavy and light machinery for aerodrome maintenance and construction.
• Provide cover as Aerodrome Manager when the Manager is offsite and plan winter maintenance activities.
