City Cave Balmain is seeking an experienced Remedial Therapist to join our premium wellness centre in Balmain, NSW. You will provide client-focused, professional remedial treatments tailored to individual goals in a modern, relaxing environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, with a Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience providing remedial and therapeutic treatments.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• ABN and Massage Association membership preferred.
• A warm, friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and identify areas of muscular tension, discomfort and dysfunction.
• Develop and deliver treatments appropriate to each client’s needs and goals.
• Provide remedial and therapeutic massage with confidence and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming, safe and comfortable experience for every guest.
• Build rapport and encourage clients to take an active role in their wellbeing.
• Maintain excellent treatment standards, hygiene and professional presentation.
• Work collaboratively within our broader wellness environment.
