Job summary

Freyssinet is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Victorian team and strengthen our remedial division. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will support planning, execution and site operations on challenging infrastructure projects across Victoria.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and colleagues to ensure projects meet safety, quality and performance targets while gaining exposure to structural repairs and asset preservation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in civil, structural, remedial or construction projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Tasmania and South Australia if required.
• Full Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and delivery of remediation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, costs and quality outcomes.
• Prepare work packs, methodologies, ITPs and project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality records.
• Assist with procurement, scheduling and forecasting activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
