Job summary

Beacon Building Services (BBS) is expanding and seeks an experienced Remedial Construction Estimator to hit the ground running. You will assess defects, plan repairs, and prepare cost estimates for commercial, strata and insurance projects.

In this role you will analyse building reports, prepare BOQs and tender submissions, and liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure accurate, timely delivery of remedial works.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in remedial or rectification construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reports.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Trade qualification preferred.

About the Role
