Serco is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Health Services team at Clarence Correctional Centre, just outside Grafton in beautiful Northern NSW. This role offers relocation support and a chance to develop clinical skills in a unique correctional healthcare setting.

You'll work with Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team providing primary healthcare, medication administration, wound care and clinical observations.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate nursing experience.
• Sound clinical knowledge and confidence within your scope of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in primary health, rural health or emergency nursing is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Supporting patient assessments and ongoing clinical care.
• Administering medications within your scope of practice.
• Undertaking wound dressings and clinical interventions.
• Monitoring blood glucose levels and other observations.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team.
