Job summary

The Drain Man in Melbourne is seeking motivated labourers to join our team. We service local government, water utilities, domestic, and private markets, performing CCTV pit and pipeline inspection, drain cleaning, trenchless technologies, and drain relining. You’ll work across projects with strong training opportunities and supportive administration.

All roles are full-time permanent with a standard probation period. A driver’s licence is essential; HR licence is highly regarded as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or commercial landscaping is preferred.
• Current driver’s licence with a clean history; HR licence highly regarded.
• Construction Induction White Card is required.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new methods in role.

Job description

With a focus on servicing local government, water utility, domestic, and private markets, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including CCTV pit and pipeline inspection, drain cleaning, non-destructive digging, and drain relining.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Previous experience working as a plant/equipment operator in the civil construction and/or commercial landscaping sectors highly regarded.
• Desire to be multiskilled and actively engaged in on-the-job and industry training
• Current driver's licence with a good driving history (essential); Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence highly regarded
• Strong technical aptitude and industry experience (highly desirable)
• Construction Induction White Card.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adopt new methods in your role.

Additional Information:

All roles are full-time permanent positions and are subject to a standard 6-month probationary period.
