Marian Catholic College, Griffith is seeking a faith-filled Educational Leader to serve as Religious Education Coordinator (REC), commencing January 2027. The role centers on leading the RE curriculum, strengthening Catholic identity, guiding staff development, and supporting faith formation within the school community.

You will collaborate with the leadership team, parish and wider community to innovate curriculum, analyse student outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in RE practice,

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the Religious Education curriculum
• Foster a strong Catholic identity and support the evangelising mission of the school
• Build staff capability through professional learning and collaboration
• Use data and evidence to inform teaching, learning and improvement strategies
