Job summary

Resthaven Inc. is seeking a Relieving Registered Nurse to provide clinical cover across metropolitan and regional community sites.

The role is based at our Wayville head office with travel to regional sites where travel and accommodation are covered. You will hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Sound clinical and assessment skills.
• Willingness to travel to regional sites; travel and accommodation costs are covered.

Responsibilities

• Relieve across Resthaven community sites in metropolitan and regional areas.
• Provide nursing cover across community services.
• Collaborate with clients, families and health professionals to support aged care needs.

Job Description

Based at our Head Office at Wayville, and working as part of the Relieving Team, you will work across Resthaven community sites in metropolitan and regional areas. (Your travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working in Regional areas).

About the Candidate

• Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse with sound clinical and assessment skills
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age-related health issues
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, family, staff, and other health professionals.
• Current Driver's licence
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and show leadership.
• Understanding of duty of care in a community setting
