Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Relief Ward Clerk to support patients and families at Blacktown & Mount Druitt Hospitals. This part-time position includes collaboration with staff to enhance patient care and requires strong communication and clerical skills. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner.

Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour
Hours Per Week: 19 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you\'ll be doing

  • To provide safe and effective support to the patients/clients and carers of Western Sydney Local Health Network.
  • To work collaboratively to render the necessary assistance to support the provision of patient care.
  • To develop and maintain systems that provide timely data and information to support the nursing staff in the provision of care.
  • To provide friendly and professional customer service to families, carers and patients.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to NSW Health policy.
