GTE Geelong is a trusted Australian smallgoods business seeking a Sales Relief Driver to support delivery and warehouse operations across multiple routes and depots. This role covers for drivers on leave and busy periods, ensuring smooth customer service and stock flow.

You will learn delivery procedures, build relationships with customers, and gain exposure to sales opportunities while working with a smallgoods team. Travel to depots may be required to provide operational support.

Formación

• Forklift license preferred but not essential.
• Experience in FMCG/food service or route sales advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work across different roles and locations.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cover driving and warehouse duties when teammates are on leave or absent.
• Ride with experienced drivers to learn routes and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote new product lines.
• Complete delivery runs across various routes as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Learn and perform a variety of operational roles to support the business.
• Travel to other depots to provide operational support when needed.
