Job summary
JBS Australia is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Dinmore Maintenance team in Ipswich, Queensland. You will analyse equipment performance, lead root-cause investigations, and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance programs across a large-scale meat processing facility.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate with production, support shutdowns, renewal projects and CMMS records to improve asset reliability and plant availability while upholding safety and
Qualifications
- Degree qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in Reliability/Maintenance roles within large-scale manufacturing.
- Knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance principles and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Analyse equipment performance, maintenance data and failure trends to drive improvements.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Optimise preventive and predictive maintenance programs for asset performance.
- Support shutdowns, maintenance planning, CMMS records and capital projects.
- Collaborate across site to improve asset health and operational performance.
