Job summary

Australian Botanical Products (ABP) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive asset reliability, maintenance strategy and continuous improvement at our Hallam manufacturing site. You will partner with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime and foster a world-class maintenance culture across the site.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in reliability engineering, maintenance or asset management in regulated manufacturing.
Experience with automated filling or high-speed production lines.
Proven ability to lead investigations and drive improvements with CMMS data.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement reliability, preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
Analyse downtime and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations and defect elimination activities.
Improve maintenance planning, shutdown scheduling and work execution processes.
Manage reliability and maintenance master data in CMMS (MEX, SAP).
Develop long-term asset replacement and reliability roadmaps.
Support automation, productivity and capital projects.
Coach a small team to provide technical leadership.
