Job summary

Worldline Service Australia seeks an experienced Release Manager to oversee planning, coordination and governance of technology releases across the Australian arm. You will ensure releases align with change standards and operational readiness, coordinating across projects and BAU teams to safeguard production stability.

The role requires ITIL release knowledge, strong planning and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with payments/financial services.

Qualifications

• Essential: enterprise release management experience and ITIL knowledge.
• Excellent planning, governance and coordination capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead release planning and governance across WSA environments.
• Maintain release calendar and coordinate planning across projects and BAU.
• Define release scope, schedules and approvals.
• Coordinate production releases and manage dependencies.
• Validate testing, documentation and rollback plans.
• Oversight of deployment activities and hypercare.
• Engage with Change Manager and CAB; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain release metrics and reporting documentation.
