Job summary

BOQ Yeppoon is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to greet customers, understand their financial goals, and connect them with the right banking solutions. You will engage in meaningful conversations, manage loan maintenance tasks, and identify referral opportunities to Home Lending and Business Banking.

You will also mentor Customer Service Officers, promote digital banking tools, and participate in a structured path toward becoming a Lending Specialist within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to uncover financial needs and match with banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests such as top-ups, pricing adjustments, variations.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers; book appointments to deepen relationships.
• Support team development by coaching Customer Service Officers.
• Champion digital banking tools to help customers manage finances online.
• Pathway toward becoming a Lending Specialist.
