About the role

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
  • Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client’s progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
