• Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
• Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives.
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
• Undertake workplace rehabilitation services including initial needs assessments.
• Conduct workplace assessments and provide advice concerning job modifications.
• Perform rehabilitation counselling and vocational assessments.
• Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison.
• Support needs assessments.

TWS is growing and we\'re looking for a dynamic and driven allied health professional with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation to join our experienced team of rehabilitation consultants. We are open to either a Psychologist, Nurse, Rehab Counsellor, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist.

Job Description

This opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.

Day to day, you will undertake:

• Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:
• Initial Needs Assessments
• Workplace Assessments
• Advice concerning job modifications
• Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
• ADL assessments
• Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services
• Support needs assessments
