Rehabilitation Consultant | OT, AEP, Physio | Low Caseloads & High Flexibility

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist looking to join a highly regarded occupational rehabilitation provider with a strong reputation, genuine flexibility and excellent career development opportunities.

Working within an established Same Employer rehabilitation team, you will support clients recovering from physical injuries to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary across workplace visits, client appointments, office days and working from home, while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and strong leadership structure.

The Role You will manage a portfolio of clients with physical injuries and work closely with employers, insurers, treating practitioners and other key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing initial rehabilitation and workplace assessments
• Developing tailored return-to-work and recovery plans
• Conducting workplace visits and identifying suitable duties
• Working closely with employers to support workplace adjustments
• Coordinating with insurers, treating practitioners and other stakeholders
• Providing recommendations for additional supports where required
• Managing reporting, case notes and compliance requirements
• Using your clinical reasoning to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes

About You:

You will be an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist who enjoys working autonomously, building strong stakeholder relationships and using your clinical knowledge within a broader rehabilitation setting.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation
• Previous clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence managing your own caseload and diary
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
