MedHealth Group in Melbourne is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant - OHS Essentials to join our multidisciplinary allied health team on a full-time basis. You will deliver workplace rehabilitation services and support clients to regain independence at work and in life, contributing to safer, healthier workplaces.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
• Knowledge of OHS; Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety desirable.
• Willingness to travel; current vehicle and driver's license required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Determination to provide a high level of customer service.
• Punctuality and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes for all parties.
• Designing, implementing and monitoring programs to help injured employees return to the workforce.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant - OHS Essentials you will play a vital role in the provisionof workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
• Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
• Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
• Knowledge of OHS (Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety is highly desirable)
• Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
