Job summary

Workcom is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Roma Qld and surrounding areas. The role involves conducting initial rehabilitation needs assessments, developing comprehensive plans for return to work and recovery, and performing functional, ADL, and ergonomic assessments for diverse clients including NDIS participants and insurers.

Applicants should have AHPRA registration, a valid Australian Driver’s Licence, and a current Police Check.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration – Required
• Australian Drivers License – Required
• Current Police Check – Required
• NDIS experience or knowledge – Desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
• Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
• Steady source of referrals
