We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Ipswich Qld and surrounding areas, with a view to supporting clients across NDIS, workers compensation and other sectors.

The role involves conducting rehabilitation assessments, developing comprehensive plans to guide return to work, and delivering ADL/functional/workplace assessments while maintaining a steady flow

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration – Required
• Australian Drivers License – Required
• Current Police Check – Required
• NDIS experience or knowledge – Desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.
• Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
• Steady source of referrals
• Attractive rates based on experience.
