APM WorkCare is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Australia to support clients recovering from injury, illness, and mental health challenges and to help them return to meaningful work. You will assess needs, develop tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans, and collaborate with employers, insurers, and health professionals.

You will deliver workplace and ergonomic assessments, job task analyses, and daily living activities support, while leading workshops and wellbeing programs

Qualifications

• Registration/licensure with relevant bodies (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC).
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally around Brisbane.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation services including workplace and ergonomic assessments, job task analyses, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with employers, insurers, treating health professionals, and community partners.
• Facilitate workshops and wellbeing programs and build referral relationships.
• Manage a diverse caseload with access to advanced rehabilitation tools and programs.
