  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded

As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury.   • Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

KPI’s based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance – no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am – 3:30pm working on base at ACT Health Centre at Duntroon. Part-Time options (from 3 days) may be considered. If you prefer some flexibility in your day, we have options for hybrid work arrangements.
