Job summary

Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a Regulatory Services Manager to lead our development compliance, ranger services and parking enforcement functions. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering fair and effective regulatory outcomes that support our vibrant, growing community of 230k+ residents.

You will inspire and develop a multi-disciplinary team, drive exceptional customer experience, and ensure alignment with NSW Child Safe Standards.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Environment and Regulation, you will require exceptional leadership capability and proven success in Development Compliance, Town Planning, Certification, Regulatory Services or related field.
